At Swift Sling, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help you with an exchange.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges within 7 days from the date of purchase for eligible items. To qualify for an exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Requested within 7 days of the delivery date
  • Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Items Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage not related to a manufacturing defect
  • Items purchased on final sale or during clearance promotions
  • Items without original packaging or tags

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Email us at swiftslings@gmail.com with your order number and reason for exchange.
  2. Our support team will review your request and confirm eligibility within 24 business hours.
  3. Once approved, we'll provide instructions for returning your item.
  4. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your exchange and ship your replacement.

Shipping for Exchanges

Once your exchange is approved and processed, replacement items are typically shipped within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details via email and text message.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your Swift Sling arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at swiftslings@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We'll work with you to resolve it quickly through a replacement or warranty claim.
